I love this place it has such a beautiful calming ambience, great friendly peaceful place to visit. Just love the Salt lamps :)
I am not a real gym person but this studio has me actually enjoying the relaxing work out that these machines give my body (without any real effort from myself) ha ha!!
The owner Alison is beyond delightful, very kind and cannot do enough for you.

Powertone Wellness Studio, Eltham is not a gym but a place of relaxation and serenity.
The owner, Alison is just delightful as is the ambience of comfort, restfulness and destress. It does not look like a gym but more a studio of wellness with it's lovely subdued lighting, pleasant music and feeling of relaxation.

I've been coming to Powertone for about 9 months and love it. Having suffered chronic low back pain and, poor posture (from gardening),my posture has improved and, I am pain free. I find the machines pleasant and relaxing to use and, love the 'non competetive,non-gym-type' environment. The Migun massage is 'pure bliss' and after a session I feel relaxed and renewed. Far infrared Sauna, is relaxing and, has amazing health benefits.This combination has improved my quality of life.
This is the best idea ever. A calming & stress free way to lose weight. I have been coming here since it started and have lost over 40inches from my body, which many people have commented on. I can also fit clothes that I haven't worn in years.
The atmosphere is friendly, relaxing and is part of the reason I continue to maintain my membership and attendance on a regular basis. I have had previous gym memberships elsewhere and rarely utilised them.
The studio has also recently introduced the Migun massage, in addition to the infra-red sauna, which is an added bonus and another stress buster.
I would highly recommend the Powertone Wellness Studio to anyone.
