At School of Practical Philosophy, The Introductory Course provides an overview of what philosophy means in practice. The School of Philosophy in NSW / ACT has been operating in this way since it opened in Sydney in 1967. It has since opened branches in Newcastle, Wagga and Canberra and is affiliated with Schools in Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide in Australia and in many other countries.
