Worst Experience Ever! My husband and I spent over a thousand dollars in the Loganholme store at the beginning of March and bought a Pram that we were told would take 4 weeks to arrive. We were told someone would call when it was in. 6 weeks later, no one had rang us so we rang them. We were told that the pram wasn't there and if we wanted to cancel the order we would forfeit 20% of the purchase price we'd paid for admin fees. A month later no one had called so we called again and were told our Pram would be in in late June. No one called and it's now July so I emailed the prams Australian Distributor direct and went to the store. The distributor apologized and said they would sent up the next model up from the pram we bought at a discount for all the hassle. This is to do with the online store. I shopped and payed for items on-line and also payed delivery costs. One month later was still waiting for these items to arrive. No customer service at all was shown. I rang the company who told me they hadn't even placed the order and would get back to me ASAP. This went on for a few days, no contact made from them so I would call back and was given the same excuse. I finally rang the Loganholme store who actually helped me. I was sent half of my items. I am still waiting for the rest of my order 7 weeks later. Still no customer service from them in advising me when my paid for items will arrive. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

The most terrible customer service I have ever had from anyone. They have cheap online price but you can always print out the page and most of the baby shop are happy to match the price. If I have read these reviews before I went to the Loganholme store, I will not spent my money there. Before I purchase the item, the staff promised that if the item does not fit and I return it with the original packaging I will get refund. However the truth is they will only give you store credit because there is nothing wrong with the item. The staff also advised that the pram I wanted that is in back order and will longer then I expected. When I request a refund, they refused again. They offered me 3 options to resolve this issue: 1.take an older model with the same price 2.get particial refund (20% of purchase as their admin cost!) 3. store credit. Once they have got your money, they don't care about you anymore. What can you do? Nothing! Because you have paid so you have follow their rules!!!

Prices are good - don't expect to be served though until you are ready to pay. We were frustrated and wanted some advice on car seats and when we finally got someone to talk to us - they wanted to sell one brand only and told us incorrect information about the other brand that we actually wanted to buy! Their own product tags proved they were not telling the truth or had an agenda to sell us another brand we did not want.

Poor service. Staff didn't know their products. I guess if you know what you want and they have a good price, they might be alright. If you want service and advice, go elsewhere like we did and give your money to someone who cares as these girls at this shop don't. We found other places we visited had better pricing on most things we looked at anyway.
