I checked out pramwarehouse online and thought it looked like a great place to get everything we need for our new baby. Boy was I completey wrong!
I like to see things before I buy so I went to the Stafford store today to preview the items we liked and my husband and I were going to purchase everything next week when he gets home from work. I completely AGREE!!! I went in with my mother a few weeks ago looking for all the essential big ticket items (eg. pram, cot, change table etc) and was gobsmacked at the attitude of the staff. When we arrived there was only one other couple in the store with 3 staff members who all were either on phone calls or looking at the computers. We were greeted but then after 10 minutes of 'browsing' with no staff help, we approached one staff member who said she'd be with us in a minute. That minute was 20 minutes long and we still didn't have any help. So we approached the counter and asked about the Grotime & Boori range and were really confused when the staff member suggested a complete package (with everything) for under $900. Considering the cots we were looking at were $600-$700, it was shocking that staff thought we would be interested in the cheapest package they had available. We left the store and vowed never to go back.
