I was very disappointed with Prana in Applecross.
Firstly, I called in to make an appointment for a pedicure with gel nail polish. Over the phone, I questioned Saroj to make sure she had the colours I wanted and could do it, to which she consistently reassured me that she had all that I was asking for. I was also confused on the pricing over the phone, as I originally thought I would be paying $35 for a pedicure, which later was $115 at the till. Geat husband and wife team offering personalised service. Saroj, the owner and therapist really takes her time with each treatment, no matter how small, paying careful attention to detail and always making sure Im comfortable. Looking forward to trying one of their signature treatments soon. Keep it up guys!
