If you a mother with children, don't bother going in this shop. The steps are steep and once you get a pram in the door there is no room to take it in as the shop is so cluttered. I had the worst shopping experience of my life here. The staff member looked down upon me and gave me a demeaning look. When I asked her if something was wrong she said "I just don't want your son destroying the place." My 3 year old son was playing with some scarves. He in no way was "destroying" the place. I told her I would never be back. Some people just don't have any customer skills whatsover. I've since heard many other shoppers have had the same experience in this shop. Sad
Similar experience to reviewer above. Does not like children (even older ones). My 10 year old daughters and I were quietly browsing and a staff member followed us around (for no reason) from the time we arrived with demeaning glares until she hunted us out of her store. A very uncomfortable shopping experience. Would not set foot in there again.
