Absolutely shocking. We were paying rent for an executive property that included ground maintenance, this was done 3 times in the entire year. The management took an entire year to fix essential items... We only pushed for maintenance to be done these past few months only to be issued with an eviction notice without any reason given. As soon as we gave them the date we would be leaving, they re advertised the property for lease AND to add salt to the wound put up a for lease sign in the front yard without saying a word!!!!
