Excellent im a renter though them and have always looked after me. Never had a had a problem : they helped me out and gave me a chance when I first left home always speedy with repairs and problems.thanks guys keep up the good work.a loyal tennant.scott
Good for you Scott! While I didn't have a good experience with PRD, I'm glad someone else has. My experience was approx. 3 years ago and I sincerely hope they've changed their rental team since then given the number of complaints made about the team they had in place at that stage.
I rented a house for a 6 month period and I was relieved when the contract was over. The staff in the office (and I could name a few names) treat their customers with complete disregard. As soon as you walk into the rental office their attitude is so obvious in how they look at you. PRD Nationwide Booval is one of the worst real estate agents that I have ever dealt with rental wise. I dealt with these obnoxious people for six months and was glad when the six month contract was over ( I just recently bought a house in Brisbane). The PRD Sales Office is wonderful! I've bought and sold houses through them many times before and they have always done a splendid job. Unfortunately, when it came time for me to rent from PRD, the service went from pleasant and polite to rude and obnoxious. It seems that it doesn't matter if you are the perfect tenant, the agents will still look down on you. I have been spoken down to, spoken over the top of, ignored and intimidated by some of the agents in the office. More often than not I have finished a call with an agent fuming and/or crying. I cannot express my utter disappointment with the PRD Rental Team.
