I had been excited to go to this place for a long time, having seen awesome pictures on Instagram. To preface this - the food was good, it is the service that let it down. I parked in an hour spot, assuming that would be fine at your typical café. Upon arriving, we stood there for quite a while, to be directed to our seat, and no one seemed to do that, so we asked at the counter and found a seat ourselves. We seated ourselves at the bench. After about ten minutes or so, no one came for our order, so we went to the counter to order, and they informed us it was table service. It was apparent the three staff on didn't really have designated roles, so the suggestion is - someone needs to be looking after the counter, someone dealing with the seating of tables and orders and the other doing the food.
