Precision Cabinetmaking

This is my fourth experience with Chris and the team and it was just as pleasurable as the first. His quality workmanship, attention to detail and ability to work outside the box enabled us to get what we wanted and within budget WITHOUT any compromise to quality. I highly recommend their services and no without a doubt that these guys are my go to blokes.

A fantastic job done by Chris and his team from Precision Cabinet making on our kitchen. We were stuck for ideas on finishes and Chris was very helpful in assisting us and talking us through our options. Really happy with end result. We now have a beautiful functional kitchen and it has truely become the heart of our home. Would be happy to recommend this company.

We engaged Chris of Precision Cabinetmaking to make a CD/LP storage cabinet and a built in bookshop. We were happy with the CD/LP storage unit, although in hindsight, more attention could have been paid to the siting of the electrical cords (partially our fault). The bookshelf is entirely another matter. It is bad, really bad. Twenty of the shelves have bowed badly under the weight of the books. We have not overpiled books on the shelves. Any competent craftsperson would have made accurate calculations of the dimensions of the shelves and the expected loading and built accordingly. Instead of 25 mm board, 16 mm board was used. It is not up to the task. The result is a whole lot of bowed bookshelves. A number of tradespersons visiting the house (as well as friends who happen to be tradespeople) have remarked unfavourably on the shelves... comments like 'who made that mess'. Chris and Rebecca did a great job handling our custom table design and development. Chris even fixed up a few structural issues that went under our radar and let us know about it. What a champion. Highly recommended!
