had a toner go bad was told would fade and has done to a grey blue colour. Called to express my disappointment but it's my fault my hair took badly and to bad so sad.

After being a satisfied customer for years, I was unhappy with the result of foils which were barely visible compared to the previous application. Along with conditioning treatment, the cost was $262 and I expressed my dissatisfaction. Complaints are not well received nor dealt with respectfully.
