Precision Strata

We have used Precision Strata to manage our building for the past few years and could not be happier. Our previous strata management company were extremely slow to respond, sometimes not at all and were generally disinterested. Since Shane has taken over we have made significant savings which has allowed us to undertake much needed repairs to our roof as well as renovations of the common area stairwells, painting etc. Shane is very proactive and always responds to calls in a timely manner. As an executive committee member I can rely on Shane to make decisions that are best for our building which is something we could not do with our last 4 strata managers. We have finally found someone that cares. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Shane is the best. He has helped us immensely from the first day. Our building had many issues which Shane has worked through in a professional and logical matter.  I know no other company where a Strata Manager gets back to you so quickly.  Shane leaves no stone unturned until he finds the answers to resolve issues. He has saved us so much money. He has a keen eye for detail and his follow up is meticulous.
 
Strata can be complicated and Shane offers straight up practical advice which makes it easier in keeping up to date with all legislative requirements. Shane and Precision Strata are the most professional, diligent and attentive strata managers that I have encountered. We were left by our previous strata manager in a terrible position with our finances in disarray, an unfinished renovation and with no maintenance plan.
