I had my colour done here a few months ago turning my full head of highlights into a balayage look. My hair is extremely ashy naturally and most of my roots to ears was my natural hair colour. Unfortunately I came out with brass and orange throughout my hair. It wasn't a terrible colour job it just completely changed the tone of my hair which I was so specific about not changing. It doesn't suit me but I'm just hoping my hair will grow out quickly.
