Payam billed me $12,000n for a complete house electrical upgrade. Only completed half the work. There are rooms with no lights, switches left dangling, second hand switches used instead of what I asked for, brand new fans left disconnected, incorrectly fitted conduits which don't comply with regulation, blocked conduits where wires can't be passed through. Did not supply me with an invoice as requested, or a complete certificate of compliance. He also damaged the ceiling on multiple occasions drilling holes in the wrong spot, and stepping on sections 'by accident' creating damage that was not fixed. He was also unwilling to cooperate with the new electrician to make tracking wires, and the job in general easier. Often works for an 'unlicensed builder', making it difficult to claim for dodgy work, as you have to go through the dodgy builder to have anything fixed, as Payam remains loyal to the dodgy builder, NOT the house owner. AVOID this business at all costs!
