Preferred Autos

A year ago we purchased a motorhome from Paul at Preferred Autos. Paul went out of his way to assist us with the purchase and transfer of our belongings between two vehicles. We have been extremely satisfied with the vehicle we now own. We called in to visit again this year and he once again assisted us with a small warranty claim. We are most appreciative of his help and have been happy to refer other prospective customers on to him.

We purchase a Motorhome from Paul at Preferred Autos and found the service amazing. Paul went beyond the call of duty with us and was never too busy to help us. We have since recommended friends who have also purchased motorhomes from Preferred Autos (three in total) and all of us could not be happier. We are very happy to recommend Paul and Preferred to anyone interested in purchasing a Motorhome.

Nothing like the other reviews I have read.

We purchased a Motorhome from Preferred Autos ($125 000) and within the first 300km it broke down on the Highway. The repairs were over $6000 and Preferred Autos would have nothing to do with us . The warranty we purchased from them was useless, in fact they had not even submitted it to the Warranty Company and had to back date it to appear legal. We did not receive a Safety Certificate after asking many times. Preferred Autos are BAD NEWS!!! I would NEVER recommend them and will NEVER deal with them again. They are "Smooth talking" to make a sale, but beware - stay away from Preferred Autos!! Very bad experience!!!

This is my experience so far ....... Tuesday i walked into the car yard ....just to have a look!!! wasnt planning on buying a new car that day just wanted to have a look but i was approached by a very smiley staff asking me which car you want??? I said oh im just having a look, would you be needing finance in order to purchase, well i said yes i would but i have a default on my file i need to attend to first. Said what kind of default, i say for a mobile phone debt, Said oh god dont worry about that everyone has one of those and encourages me to apply through them they have a someone in their finance department that would be able to assist. They asked which car I like i say oh that one... Said I wouldnt be able to get that one but how bout this one i say oh thats nice but i dont know....Said we'll we put you down for that one anyway just to see if you can be approved for an amount of money, i say oh ok i guess .....basically i thought they would just need my info to put through ...read more
