Prego Restaurant

I have been to Prego for lunch with a couple of friends last week.
After we were told their daily chef's special we decided to order as entree tortelloni with porcini mushroom and shaved Manjimup truffle, duo of scallops wrapped in pancetta with field mushroom and chargrilled tiger prawns.
As a main course, we decided to order their signature dish duck, lamb and fish of the day.
The fish was cooked perfectly which came on a bed of Mediterranean potatoes through tomato sauce and olives with a hint of anchovies.
The duck was crispy skin and very well cooked. For the lamb, we didn't have to use the knife as the meat was really tender.
We finished our lunch by ordering their special trio of dessert, combination of pannacotta, chocolat tarte and backlava. Their cioccolatino and tiramisu are delicious as well! The service was attentive and professional!
We will definitely return!

From the moment we walked into 'Prego' we knew we were in for a wonderful experience. The Italian waiter ushered us to our table and gave us our menus. In Europe it is a career and profession to be a skilled waiter... It shows at Prego.
Without listing everything we ate, suffice to say it was all quite tantalising and delicious. The entrée was exquisite, the mains of pasta and gnocchi were mouthwatering. I wish we had left room for desserts.
Thankyou Prego for restoring my love for Italian food and the European way of hospitality. Truly wonderful.

I have been there for 3 times now and I never been disappointed. Interesting mix of Italian/Mediterranean duck signature dish and lots of seafood dishes excellent floor staff attentive yet not intrusive. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I love to eat Italian food so much. I got some information through internet about this restaurant & also heard about the popularity of this .The restaurant offers great Italian foods in Perth. I went their & have their cuisine. Having an experience of test the Italian cuisine, I recommend this restaurant to everyone else who wants to get best Italian cuisine experience.

Prego restaurant offers one of the finest degustation menus in Perth. We were in Perth for a family vacation. We were delighted by their variety. Our children loved the desert and coffee. It was a memorable trip.
