This program's curriculum combines the discipline and fitness of Martial Arts, with the life skills and values that your family shares. This unique program is structured around parental involvement, and together you and your child will engage in activities that will create resilience and awareness, as well as strengthening the bond between you and your child. The Mini Little Champions program is designed for parents and toddlers to develop a lifelong love of physical exercise and learning together. Each class will explore basic motor and social skills, increased physical strength, flexibility and coordination by employing introductory martial art skills and fitness concepts.
