Today my grnadson went out at 6:18 to catch the 6:20 bus (Rother Street, Opposite Kent St, Bellambi, Bus routhe #3) to work. As I was about to cross Rothery Street to wait at the bus stop, the bus sped by - at 6:18, 2 minutes early and did not stop at the above mentioned bus stop. He was forced to take an Uber to work. This has happened prior on later scheduled buses at the same stop.
It is impossible to contact this company by phone
I am reporting this to the the NSW Ombudsman, ACCC, Social Meida (OKnline) and print media (Illawarra Mercury, Sydney Morning Herald) I will find the bus driver's name and information to included in the report.
At Premier Illawarra , our motto is why go 60km/h when you can go 20km/h. Most drivers are of Yugoslavian decent , as Yugoslavians are the common dominater in the Illawarra region.most drivers like to pull up on the side of the road & sit there for 3 - 7min , even tho they are already late. Some drivers even like to physically get out of the bus , with bus load of passengers picking bottles up from Parks or side walks ( for their own collection) - even tho they are already running late! Most buzzers don't walk on bus either!
Agreed - it is also impossible to contact this companhy by phone - I just tried to submit the compaint to the company in writing on their website - typed up the issue, filled in all required fields, attempted to click "submitt" - nothing happens - tried a different browser, same result
Bus left early, causing me to miss an appointment that I would have been paid to attend, so I lost money. I complained about the fact that the driver left early as soon as the event happened. Management didn't get back to me for a week. THEN told me that I should have been at the bus stop earlier. The attitude of management was disgusting. They have a monopoly on buses in the area and they don't care whatsoever how their errors affect the people whom they serve.
Same thing has happened to myself and today to my grandson - he relies on the bus to get to work - the bus sped by his stop 2 minutes early as we were about to cross Rothery Street to the stop.
Driver GQ6012 who does the Lake Heights Warrawong Wollongong route is so full of self that it isn't funny. Driver does not provide good service, and gets nasty if to you if you complain to management about this person. Driver drives past you and won't pick you up. Management won't do anything about it either.
