As soon as I walked through the doors, I was expecting very little in terms of service & expertise. But to then be further disappointed.....??? Shocking customer service: I wasn't even asked my name, nor the person who was serving me introduced themselves. I was not even asked how I want my nails done! Received ONE coat of polish, rather than THREE, the MASSAGE, 1 min of of someone stroking my hand???One hand the nails were all longer than the other???? Rushed out the door with nails not dried???? Staff gossiping about customers they didn't like??? Staff gossiping about other staff they didn't like??? Massage chair broken??? FAIL FAIL FAIL :) a complete & utter waste of time NOT GOOD ENOUGH :)
I wouldn't go here!! First time I went I gr a shellac. The shellac started pealing off my nails by day three. Thought I would give them a second chance and got a mani there, it was so rushed and uneven. At the bottom of my nails you can see where the staff has done the different coats. I would not recommend this place.
Terrible and unpleasant shellac nail experience. Equipment were clearly not cleaned after each customer (flecks of skin and nail debris in the case it was kept in, dirty bowl of water, stained towels). The staff that did my nails was rude and rough. It was obvious staff could not be bothered doing a good job (threw the nail samples on the table, uneven filing, did not bother to remove loose cotton wool strands before applying shellac, uneven coating of the nail polish). When I kindly asked staff to file one of my fingers evenly, staff yanked at my hand and huffed. Never going back there again.
If you want a quick full leg wax at $35 and you're not worried about the atmosphere then this place is great. No complaints.
However, DON'T go here for a eyelash tint!!!
She didn't wet the cotton pads to place under my eye, so they fell off and tint was everywhere, even on the side of my face because it was on her hand. In trying to remove the tint she used wipes that were so dry and scratchy, no water and she just kept rubbing and rubbing. She was so rough and I walked out with red under eyes and lids. I won't be surprised if I bruise. Everyone knows this is a delicate area and she was so rough despite my objections.
I reluctantly paid but made it clear I was not happy and in the end there is no tint on the bottom of my lashes. I usually do my own wax and tinting but needed to do it at short notice, but I won't be going back!! Very unhappy.
