Warning! Premier Studio will charge extra 'booking fees' every step of the way.
I bought a voucher for Premier Studio for my Dad's birthday, which was to cover a photo shoot and $750 of photos. I was later told it was the 'biggest voucher they offer.' I read the fine print very carefully and nowhere did it say anything about extra charges.

The issue has been resolved since this review was posted. Premier Studio admits that the first $50 fee should never have bee charged and refunded it back on to my Dad's credit card. We could not agree on the second $50 fee so we won't be actually receiving any printed photos, but they were willing to provide some low-res photos by email instead.
Not Happy!
Made an appointment for today for photographing our newborn son in the same way as they did for our daughter 18 months ago only to find that they had not booked us properly and no apology. I rang from hospital ward shortly after Max's birth to ensure we could get in around the 10 day old mark as previously advised and so today with my husband taking the day off work, my hair and make-up appointments made it seems there was a miss-understanding over a $100 deposit which i wasn't clear about and rather than getting a phone call over the past 8 days to ask where the deposit was i am told that the booking today at 2pm wasn't even ...read more

We had our family portraits done here almost a year ago, the whole shoot was a breeze, our day started with hair and make up for my daughter and wife then it was time to get out in to the backdrops that have been created around the property, these sets are truly amazing, the staff are so easy going and friendly even when dealing with the kids. If you are looking for good portrait pictures then I would fully recommend Premier Studio as the place to go.
