I didnt want to engage a building inspector recommended by the selling agent. This was a difficult property with obvious problems and I wanted an honest and independent opinion. PI promptly arranged the inspection with the agent and suggested I be onsite as well as immediate feedback would be given after the inspections. Murray was more than happy to discuss issues and offer methods of repair as we walked around. His knowledge was extensive. Murray spent time giving me immediate feedback on all aspects of the inspection and informed me that I would receive a complete written report within 24 hours.
