DO NOT buy any sports tickets from Premium Sports Tours VIC. Or via any travel agent who recomends them. My son purchased a ticket as a special treat before leaving AUS paying 482aud only to find out that the ticket value was only 60eur (95aud). At no time was he ever told about the charges both agent and tour company would be charging. So much for going via an Australian company - even allowing for service fees etc as you will see by my photo we could have purchased the ticket at face value on the internet.

Upon contacting Premium Sports manager I was told that yes that is what they charge 400% mark up

Would never go through Premium Sports Tours again. I purchased tickets in May 2013 for the NBA All Star Game in 2014. I was diagnosed with a brain tumour in December 2013 and had to postpone my trip. PST kept more than half of my money because I cancelled. I did not cancel because I simply changed my mind, I had to cancel because I could not travel after my surgery. I am sure they could have sold the tickets again to this sold out event. I didn't receive the tickets I paid $2610 for nor did I even get told where they were located. I then posted on their social page wall to ask who I could address a complaint letter to, no response, they just deleted my post and called my former travel agent. I wanted to complain about the specific consultant that we dealt with.
