Very slow! If you are renovating, forget this company. They send someone to measure and quote (they would only do this after the bench top had been fitted) then they send someone else to check the measurements . After this it takes over a week for them to process the paperwork then a further 3-4 weeks to make the splash back. Then you have to wait for an available installation date. All up it took eight weeks after the rest of my room was finished to get my glass splash back installed. Not impressed!
