Preparation Painting & Decorating

How very unprofessional and dishonest of the owner and painter of Preparation Painting and Decorating to accept the work, based on agreed price and time to complete the work (confirmed twice and written) prior to his arrival, arrive and then try repeatly to increase the price. After much discussion and many excuses he said he would go around the corner to his car and return shortly. I'm still waiting on him returning, no call, no message even after I tried to contact him. It's unacceptable. Based on my experience I would not recommend this company at all.

Very disappointed. I contacted Preparation Panting and Decorating (PP&D) based on the glowing review on this site yet my experience was anything but glowing. We contacted PP&D in the hopes of having a quote done on our property in Seville Grove. The painter arrived as scheduled and reviewed the work to be done; following which, I was asked to text my email address so a written quote could be sent. Several days later I followed up with the painter to ask for the quote, to which he assured me he'd send it asap. Several more days passed and still no quote. All additional attempts to contact PP&D/painter (who I believe are one in the same) have gone unanswered. Not very professional, in my opinion.

Very impressed, very easy to work with and very professional with how they deal with there clients, there work and pricing is what separates them from other painting businesses in Perth, more then happy to refer as I know this business will prove to be a trusting and excellent experience, choose this painting business for your next project you will not be disappointed
