If anyone near Rowville is looking for a truly PERSONAL gym to get fit, or lose some weight, or even a relaxing massage, I can strongly recommend the personal service that I use at Prestige Personal Training.
It is a small gym and the staff are really committed to their clients. It's not all work, you can have fun too and they certainly help me achieve and keep to my goals.
I drive about 15 minutes to get there each week and the regular workout keeps me fit.
