Kept waiting on more than one occasion. Ready to sign up but was promised the world and not delivered. More staff required on weekends. Ended up purchasing from another mitsubishi dealer who offered fantastic service and hassle free deal.

I bought a Mitsubishi ASX from here and the car is fine. I'm very happy with it but I'm not so happy with the service department. When I bought the car 15 months ago one of the largest selling points for me was that it had capped price servicing at $225 until 60,000kms. For the 15,000km service they wanted to charge me $250 and for the 30,000km service they've just charged me $350 plus $35 for weel rotation and balance. There was no reason given for the price jump, but they did charge over $200 in labour. It just seems that they cap the price to whatever they feel like at the time. I won't be going back there a third time "capped price" servicing or not. What a joke!
