I had a bad experience with this childcare centre. My daughter’s teachers were great but the Centre Manager was not so great. She didn’t provide me with all the necessary information about my daughter’s enrolment and she wasn’t very responsive to my emails when I brought this to her attention. This caused my family a lot of frustration because the Manager was not handling my payments correctly and so I had to end up paying a lump sum. Not to mention how rude they were to me when they thought I owed them money. Not a nice experience and took a lot of my time and energy to try to resolve. I am still trying to sort this out with their Head Office and Fair Trading unfortunately.
