I have patronised pretty kitty for a long time - also, I have recommended pretty kitty to numerous friends and colleagues....
If and this is a very big, 'IF'.... you had a problem with messages coming through to your business - surely, since, your business relies on text (the phone number you give out is never answered)... surely - your biggest priority - would be - to have this fixed? One day = understandable, over a weekend, also = understandable.... 5 messages over 12 days??? Telstra or a messaging problem? I think not!
It is strange though, that you received my 'ok - well I am sorry you can't respond, to your long standing clients, but I will take my business else where' message? And then you do respond - with no apology but answer - ' ok ' ....

Hi Daneka..thanks for your review. There is nothing strange about it or anything malicious towards you. As explained to you before we have had a few complications with our messaging service over the last couple of weeks both calls and messages. As you can imagine we are very busy, so we don't answer the phone. Calls/messages are returned in the order they are received. As you have been a long term client of ours, we would assume that you were very happy with the service here at Pretty Kitty otherwise you would not have returned and have had no other complaints until now which has been clearly explained to you. We value all our clients and try and provide the best experience we can. We are sorry you feel like we ignored you, clearly we weren't, we just a few hiccups. Wonderfully friendly staff, fast and efficient and even has a TV to take your mind off the pain! Was absolutely fantastic, not wanting to jeopardize my precious bits by going to cheap places I decided to go here, and I am hooked! Barely hurt and smelled delicious. Love it!
Wow!! After being embarrassed & mistreated at the last waxing salon I visited in Perth I was pretty nervous about having a Brazilian done again!!! But I felt at ease as soon as I entered the doors of Pretty Kitty - very professional!! Wonderful customer service, quick but with next to no pain and great job.. I'll definitely be returning to Pretty Kitty... Highly recommend...
