I have been going to Price Attack Macquarie centre for five years now and have had nothing but positive rewarding relaxing experiences with the utmost professionalism respect and personalised service from all staff. I have had experience in the hairdressing industry and I know that their hairdresses dont use cut throat razors instead of sissors and as for your colour, I doubt it. Price Attack only employs highly qualified colourists and the toilets are about a 20 second walk from the store.
that was the exprience i got and so did my friend. i always believe the process of having your hair done is in the consultation.the hairdresser was brilliant, she understood my request, if i doubted i would have walked away.i have had comments from my clients on my hair and the products recommended we excellent too.
I have no reason to lie about the use of a razor instead of scissors, I have a report from the staff that fixed my hair that I have given to dept of fair trading. If you're happy getting your haircut in the back salon - have fun with that! I personally will only look for a decent salon with great stylists that actually know what their doing - not dodgy unprofessional "hairdressers" that hack off hair with a razor!
I recently had my hair cut & coloured at price attack in Macquarie shopping centre I had spoken to them & thought theyr were nice & knew what they were talking about. Oh boy was I wrong! I walked out in tears with the worst haircut of my life & 2 tone hair that was orange & black! I had asked for natural looking "sunkissed" highlights & received lightening (which turned orange!) on the underside of my hair & almost black on my crown! The haircut was done with a cut throat razor (no scissors EVEN picked up) & i lost about 2yrs of length from my previously healthy long hair :'( they had started cutting at the back so I had no idea until it was too late! Once finished the stylist said "don't worry you'll get used to it in 3wks!" I explained how unhappy I was (even tearing up) they agreed to fix it in a weeks time at no charge! after reading the review i got curious to try price attack macquarie as i do reviews on local hairdressers for my newsletter.i had a very open mind and when i walked in the lady at reception was very kind and helpful and i asked to have 1/2 head of foils with to different colours and a cut and blowdry. i must admit i was feeling anxious and nervous but i could not fault anything. my colour was exactly what i expected and the cut and blowdry was amazing.the hairdresser was fantastic and the service was excellent. the price was resonable and i could not fault this business.in fact i recommended my best friend. she had a fantastic exprience as well.
you're a brave woman laloma to risk your own hair just to write a newsletter! In this day & age I would have thought a blog would be far easier than a newsletter - feel free to leave the name if your newsletter & how we would find it.
