Friendly and happy service as soon as you walk into the store. I was looking for a particular product and the assistant showed me right to what I was looking for and also provided me with other options to consider. Loads of products to choose from. Staff are not pushy, knowledgeable and I was very happy with the product and service.
I decided to get my hair done here a few months ago and still regret it now. I got my hair bleached with added cureplex for an extra $50 which supposedly was going to cause no damage, and the hairdresser told me it would leave my hair in better condition then it was in beforehand, she also told me other blonde clients had no hair fall or breakage during the procedure so I was excited. About an hour after applying the bleach to my roots and scalp my head started burning and the pain was so bad. I asked to wash it out but she told me to wait another 20 minutes which seemed crazy considering the bleach was sitting on my skin for an hour already. Somehow after the excruciating wait it was washed out and toned. The girl then started brushing my hair..and I could see it all coming out..she had to clear her comb at least 4 times off all the hair, which didn't surprise me to be honest as I spent the whole hour and a half of bleaching preparing for my hair and skin to ...read more

I have had my hair coloured here twice, and both times the colour was terrible. The first wasn't as bad as the second, hence why I gave it another go. I ended up in tears asking them to fix it, and their attempt to fix it made it even worse. Ended up with overly bleached, brassey, course hair that honestly looked like a home job.

Would not return to this salon. The trim I received was very uneven and the customer service was poor. It also cost $40 just to trim.
