This use to be my regular many many years a go till the awesome Price line came to play. I would say they range my hair products then anything I have been inside a few times and customer service has been very minimal. To my customer service is everything even I f I really need something I will refuse to buy if I get lousy customer service. If they work on it I may go back.
My humble little Priceline located in Rouse Hill Town Centre!
Despite looking huge from the front, I think this might not be as extensive as I initially thought because in sales times you can find a lot of the stock gone and shelves empty.
Service can be hit and miss depending on who you ask, as some staff will literally just say “we don’t have any” and some will actually check.
Nevertheless, like all Priceline stores, they have the same national sales, but get in quick cause these guys empty out fast.
I accompanied my 19 year old daughter when she went to have a hair cut at Price Attack Rouse Hill. We waited 25 mins then the hairdresser said they were unable to cut her hair as she either has dandruff, product residue, or lice. Isn't this the first thing they learn in Hairdressing school? As the clients were backed up and the salon appeared busy, was this just a way to get rid of her and then leave her with the doubt and worry of having lice. We went to another salon who cut her hair and denied that she had lice. My daughter has coarse hair and has never had lice in her life. AVOID this salon.
