One stop shop for all hair needs. The staff are really helpful at pointing you in the right direction for products to suit my hair.

Appalling customer service at the hairdresser. I went in for a colour correction to remove a lot of orange from my hair a week ago and came out with something totally different than what I asked for. I asked for blonde, showed them a photo and told them what colour I wanted. I left with brown hair with white stripes in it. They trimmed the very ends of my already fairly short hair and did a 'dry off' so they could check the colour at the end and for that I was charged $55 for a 'cut and blow dry' according to my receipt. It took all of 10 minutes. That is the equivalent of about $330 an hour. I wish I got that paid that much.

At the end, I questioned the colourist as to why my hair looked nothing like the picture I had shown her and was told that I needed to keep coming back ...read more
