Asked for a quote on the phone that was under $100 for a cut and bleached roots when I came in I was able to describe properly what I wanted and asked was it still under $100 like they quoted and they said yes. But when I got to the counter at the end it came to $170! The hair dresser was putting product in my hair and didn't tell me it was going to be extra! I paid it but now I wish I didn't I feel ripped off and pissed off
