Price Attack

I could not express anything but satisfaction! Great experience, As I'm aware it's under new management. The leading hair stylist Brett is amazing! The customer service was brilliant never have I walked out of a salon feeling so confident and beautiful! The stylist even took the time to curl my sisters hair just because she was sitting there waiting on me. It was such a beautiful generous gesture as she's a new mumma she surely walked out feeling just as happy as me! I strongly recommend this salon. The new management (owners) have most certainly lifted the salon to very high professional but fun standards. Looking forward to my next appointment !!!!

I have been a client for several years, and in my opinion I have seen a slow decline in service, however I felt reasonable safe as I had used the same hair dresser at this establishment. I recently went back to to have my roots taken down to the same colour as the rest of my hair (blond) as my hair dresser had been the same person for over a year. I am of the opinion that they now use very "cheap and nasty" products (as they had changed products from my pervious appointment) to take down the colour of my hair. The appointment was not cheap (over $100) and I have been left with nearly $1000 out of pocket in hair repairs after my hair has broken off and fell out as a direct result of this company over bleaching my hair. My scalp was also burnt which was painful. My long hair is ruined and as a professional it is extremely embarrassing. I had an appointment at this store and was unfortunately 10mins late which I apologised for on arrival. Once seated the Hairdresser that I was appointed to came and discussed with me what I would like done. I received nothing but attitude, and when i stated that if my hair could be dried and straightened, but I understood if this was not possible as i was late, the hairdresser so rudely reiterated that I was late and that they have further appointments and walked off. Staff came back with a quote with the added amount for straightening, to which, given staff's attitude I declined and stated that the treatment and cut would be all. Staff then made a remark under their breath and walked away around a corner to only emerge seconds later to demand 'can you come here to the basin'.
Whilst at the basin, the water used was chillingly cold that it gave me goosebumps and a further comment, 'I'm sorry if I'm being to rough" was made. As ...read more

The people who did my hair yesterday did a shocking job.

It was never conditioned after the final wash, they some how managed to charge me $45 for a "style cut" which was a brief trim of about 3 strands of hair.

Bad service, I now have to wait weeks for my hair to be healthy enough to deal with the mess they have created and try and fix it.

Pathetic service. and my hair is now ruined from their treatment. Stay away!

Price Attack on the upper level of Garden City shopping centre gave my daughter the best service I have seen for a long time from any hairdressers. The lady that cut her hair was very professional
