The 'rules have changed' here! I like to dye my own hair at home and love stores like this because I can look and compare the colours and ask for advice when I had an issue. Visiting the store today I was unable to get any of the help I asked for. To me this is bad customer service. I may aswell buy online if I'm going to get the same service in store.
