Avoid at All Costs!
My recent experience with Price beat Travel was nothing short of a nightmare. I have traveled extensively and used various travel agents over the years, but this was, without a doubt, the worst service I have ever encountered.

It was very good experience to book the ticket with Sam. He was very professional and full of patience. He listen all my concerns and booked accordingly

Easy and Secure booking plateform and had the most amazing experience with the agent ‘Tania’. Not only did she provide amazing customer service, but she provided alternative Travel options through the company which exceeded my expectations. I can not recommend her highly enough. She would have to be the best consultant I have ever encountered in my many many years. Her recommendations went above and beyond her general “job” expectations. She gave us travel ideas for our 17 hour stop over in Singapore. Amazing service.All agents have excellent service with loads of patience, in spite of me changing dates few times to get the best fare, their voice remain calm and friendly, ready to help. Keep up the good work , very impressed.

i had the worst experience with PRICEBEAT Travel. they are money eater people. i wanted a refund for my return ticket and they said they can only refund $20. and till now i havnt received those $20.

This is the most unprofessional travel agency I ever encountered. I am surprised about the kind of attitude the agents here have. Avoid this Sydneysiders..
