I have just been in Priceline pharmacy cessnock. I had two scripts filled. 1 antidepressant and 1 cholesterol.
The owner wanted to charge 17.00 and 18.00. I questioned him, he would not budge on price. I rang chemist warehouse to find what I usually pay.i usually pay 7.00$ and 5.00$. I went back and cartoes on about his oveheads telling me he had a price he had to charge and did not have capacity to reduce. I rang a non discount pharmacy Kurri and they charge $7.00 and $6.00.
I think peope in Cessnock needn't to know their local Priceline pharmacy does not have any consideration for them.
I will not be giving business to them.
I went into Priceline to look at some makeup products. Was approached without even asking by a lovely young girl asking how's I was and if I needed any help which was fantastic. I then proceeded to the front counter where two much older women were standing having a conversation. They both looked at me and continued to talk between themselves for another minute or so. One of them scanned my product without looking or speaking to me, I had to check to see whether my card had been approved and then I left as they continued to talking. Not even so much better as an acknowledgement. The older staff at this store have absolutely appalling customer service - I felt as though I was inconveniencing two women in their 50's whilst having a private conversation, a sister opposed to the customer coming first.
Older staff at front registers are incredibly rude........I asked the women on front register where one of their products were, and she told me after she judgmentally looked me up and down, then i came back to the same women to buy the product and as soon as my card was approved she threw the bag and receipt on the other side of the counter and looked away after i had said thankyou, not even a 'here you go have a good day'!, nothing.I was disgusted to say the least. This isn't the first time the shop's older staff have treated me like this and i actually try to avoid the store as much as i can so i don't have to deal with their arrogance..Don't get me wrong some of the workers here are nice, but some, well, not so much.
Hate the place. Tried to buy my wife a perfume from here for her birthday but the staff were too interested in talking among themselves to open the counter after I stood there for 10 minutes and asked for help twice. One staff stood in front of me and blocked me in beside the cabinet but was showing another lady a product and couldn't help me even though staff had keys and I now knew what my wife wanted. Big store - bad service.
