Priceline Pharmacy

I went to Priceline Sandgate's bulk billing doctor this morning. I had an 8.30 appointment (the second appointment of the day) thinking that I wouldn't have to wait very long as I had to be somewhere else at 9.30. I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment and the pharmacist was very nice and friendly directing me to take a seat as the doctor wouldn't be very long. The doctor had her door open talking to her patient very loudly. I could very easily hear that they were just chatting away, which was fine...until I'd been sitting there for 25 minues. I then told the pharmacist who was very apologetic about the situation that I made an early appointment hoping to be seen quickly as I needed to be somewhere else at 9.30am. She then had to go into the doctors room and ask the doctor to please finish up her chat and see me (who'd now been waiting almost 40 minutes).
