price line pharmacy in oxford street darlinghurst, must be the most friendly chemist I have ever been to ,not only carry all you needs for health, and cosmetics , they have the best and most helpful pharmacists I have found anywhere in Australia, even winning pharmacist of the year.
As to the rest of their staff, their attitude could not be more helpful or friendly.
I visited this Priceline Pharmacy at Oxford St just a few weeks ago as I needed to get myself some emergency cold & flu tablets. The store is quite compact and it was a little busy at the time (it was during lunch break period) but nevertheless the staffs were very friendly.
That particular time, the staff was very helpful in describing the cold and flu tablet ranges that they had on offer. I forgot the brand name so it took a while before she finally showed me the all natural cold and flu tablets I usually buy and they were located on a separate section. I am not sure why.
Their exceptionally professional and courteous service seems to be a common sight in this store. During my previous visit another staff was also very friendly and helpful with the information given to differentiate between different brands which allowed me to better my purchasing decision.
As a regular shopper at Priceline pharmacy I was eager to pop in and see what the Darlinghurst franchise had to offer. Noticeably the customer service is of a high standard with a friendly smile and greeting as you enter and various staff throughout the store and the pharmacy counter on hand to assist as required. I was happy on this occasion to just quietly browse on my own. The prices are reasonable, great range of products and quality and all that you need for your beauty and skincare needs.
More than just a faceless franchise operation, the staff here are actually really good. Particularly the pharmacists on staff - always happy to help, and regularly step from behind their protected enclave of the pharmacists desk and give advice on other products including vitamins and supplements.
You get the impression that they care. More than just ticking a box "are you taking any other medications", they actually ask how that's working, any reaction, etc.... top notch. One fellow in particular sticks out in my mind.
Good range. Same priceline prices as the other stores, but this one seems to be a notch above the others and operates much more like a community pharmacy.
It can get a little busy at lunchtime when a lot of workers in the area take time in their break to get scripts filled. The staff to a good job to keep the line moving, however, you may want to do your scripts outside of this time.
