Horrible customer service every time I go there. If you can even find any staff on the floor (mostly deserted) they are unwilling to assist.

The absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Everytime I went into this store I was on the receiving end of some bored, nasty, sour-mouthed woman!! I stopped going into the store for about 3 years. Yesterday I went in to look for something I needed and grabbed a bronzer as well. The young Asian-looking girl barely looked up and threw my new bronzer into the bag while having the most over the top bored expression on her face. Didn't say a word to me at all. Plus one of the other products had a special going (which I found out later when I went through my mail) so I could've bought a second product half price. There was no signage in store to let me know this and the pathetic excuse for a 'retail assistant' didn't bother to inform me. I WILL NEVER GO BACK NO MATER WHAT! Priceline Hornsby you need new staff and a massive shakeup!

Generally speaking I am a huge Priceline fan however I find this store really dingy and unappealing. It probably has the same range and pricing as the other stores but I never want to linger to find out.
