Great customer service especially from Musu who's very presentable and professional yet friendly. The store is always clean and tidy. Scripts are fast and I'm always given useful advice!!

Priceline redbank plaza.
The staff are extremely unhelpful.
When trying to purchase a flu medication that my doctor had written a script for I was asked for photo id which I did not have. I told them my husband has a drivers license. The assistant said no it has to be yours it is in your name.
So i asked for the script and i left. I then picked up my photo id and went to a pharmacy closer to home. They told me i didn't even need a script for it and my husband could have purchased it over the counter with his drivers license.
This is the second strike against the pharmacy at redbank plaza. The first time I went in to purchase a present for my granddaughter and the pharmacy assistants follow you around the store like you are going to steal from them.
I think it speaks volumes about the type of people they attract.
I wont be going back.

Always staff there with a friendly smile.Lots of specials on and they always stock good quality Herron Vitamin e capsules which otherwise are really hard to find.
