Priceline

This used to be my local Priceline where I shopped frequently, customer service needs improvement in terms of the staff never went out of their way to assist you. I always forget my loyalty card and not once have the staff at this shop offered to look it up even after 1 time I asked them if they could as I spent a lot of money and was told no they can't do that which I now know is a complete lie. Recently I have been to two other princline stores (water gardens & Melton) and as soon as I said I don't have my Priceline card on me both times the staff have offered to find me in the system which they did. One of them even updated my change of address for me on the system. When you receive better customer service at other stores it highlights how bad they are at this store.

The new Priceline in Woodhrove shopping centre is great. Customer service exists!

I love the new look and layout of the Priceline in Werribee Plaza, so clear and visually pleasing at the entrance.



Clean lines and streamlined isles such a pleasant shopping experience, the variety of products is extensive and the prices are very competitive. Linked with the loyalty card and the special offers there is no need to go anywhere else!
