We had a very bad customer experience (and we are still having it), management has taken our car in Jan/Feb for our door handle to be fixed. Despite so many requests, calls we are yet to receive our car (its September now). They are not responding to our messages and calls. Very disappointed and have now submitted an application to QCAT for a dispute. I hope no one else gets caught doing business with them, because they don't care about their customers and are so unprofessional. If I could I would give them a rating of 0. DONT DO YOUR BUSINESS WITH THEM, IT will cost you money and nerves.
I have had same problems with pride mechanical/ the management. I only went there as they were the car yards mechanic at the time, they seemed ok at first but everytime I went there they Would damage my car/broken items that are nearly impossibly to break. But they managed to. I would like to take it further but don't know where to go. I want everyone to know what they are like.
