Coming into Summer I was looking to get myself bikini body ready and quick! A friend referred me to Primal Life Fitness in St Kilda and I couldn't be happier!
Kaya is a great trainer and really works with his clients individually to reach their own personal goals. I have done a huge variety of workouts from lifting weights, outdoor bootcamps as well as crossfit style circuits for time.
I have found each session to be challenging as well as lots of fun! So far I have managed to shed those last few kilo's I stacked on over the Christmas period as well as tone my muscles with increased strength. I would highly recommend Primal Life Fitness for anyone who is serious about fitness and a healthy lifestyle
