Rude receptionist, Dr Win didn’t have any interest in having a conversation with me let alone helping provide an accurate diagnosis. Ignored me the whole time, felt like an inconvenience the whole time. Defiantly won’t be recommending

Doctor provide service good unfortunnaly QML Pathology's worker look like doesn't want to work to provide a service to other diverity people at all .

I've used Browns Plains Medical for around 12 years. I have noticed that the doctors are placed in their rooms on merit largely. The doctors nearest the reception are the best. The waiting times can be up to two 1.5 hrs or as low as 3 minutes. If there are a lot of people there and the table behind the receptionist is full of white paper then either clock in and go and do something else or come back later. people must understand that this service is free so it's going to be busy at times. People out in Warwick have two choices, either pay $75 to see a doctor or wait 6 hours at the hospital

Did not have to wait long as doctors spent approximately 3 mins with patients. My doctor was another Doc sorry to say, very abrupt and not helpful or interested.

Clearly they need more staff on in the after hours. 2 hour waits is crazy.
