I have been very happy with this practice, the downfall is they don't make appointments EVER, it's a 1st in 1st served practice. They bulk bill for Medicare patients, you can request a specific doctor if they are on the roster that day so you can build a good relationship with them. The admin staff are all very lovely and helpful. Your best bet is to call one of the receptionists to ask how many doctors are on at the time as well as how many patients are waiting to be seen, that way if its non urgent you don't have to wait for hours to be seen. It is a well equipped practice with radiology, pathology, minor surgery, a nurses station, there is a pharmacy downstairs and there are other specialists like dentist, physio etc. to come. The best thing is you can pretty much get most things looked after all in the same building.
lve been perth 1 year and honestly have no complaints about the service received here, actually l think its amazing that you can go see a doctor 7am-10pm, no l didnt click with all the doctors l seen but all in all very good place, theyve looked after my family well.
Don't go here. I would give a minus rating if possible. The staff are appalling, 'computer says no' style bad service. Shame on you, so rude. The Doctors are good, caring and diligent. However, I decided to try and be seen today thinking perhaps the last staff they had was simply having a bad day. Turns out they all have a terrible attitude, treat bulk bill patrons like sh*t - and don't even consider trying to go back to work instead of wasting your life in the waiting room. They refuse to give you an indicative time to come back and then glare at you until you either leave or take a seat. Get some training, you are the frontline service representatives of the business and currently you are failing dismally.
Agreed with above! I only go here when my little son is so sick and my normal GP is fully booked, depending on your time of arrival, there is a minimum of an hours wait- which is hard trying to keep a toddler from running amok
