Shocking how they treat their tenants.I was renting a unit they are in charge with in Geelong. I complained about the huge cracks on my wall and how infested it is with insects when I moved in. I've been saying this to them for months now and they did not care. I never got a response. My walls was never repaired and the bugs was never dealt with. I have bug bites everywhere.
I am now finally leaving and they are taking their time giving me my bond back. I still haven't received my bond yet. One of their rude and arrogant real estate agent always tells me they can not get in touch with the management of my unit.
