When my husband and I were looking to invest we were referred to Mel by a friend of ours. After narrowly escaping the clutches of another investment company (who were more interested in looking after themselves than us) I was a little cautious when we first went for our meeting but it turns out I needn't have worried. From the start Mel has always been upfront with us about everything and was more than happy to take things at our own pace. There was no pressure from her to sign anything in our first meeting (unlike the other company!) and she really encouraged us to do our own research to make us more comfortable in any decisions we made.
