We recently travelled to adelaide from Wollongong NSW, we booked weeks earlier to what we thought was a nice clean budget hotel (as was stated on the website/s).
However when we arrive to our amazement it was nothing at all like how it was described.
The walls and carpet were mouldy and stained, the stench was unbearable, there was dirty pots and pans throughout the hallways, it was dark and dingey.
We were given our key we walked into someone elses room, then we were finally given 'our' room key, only to find another person in our dirty little room to whom we were apparently sharing with.
Business has now changed hands and Princes Arcade Motel does not offer hotel accommodation with shared toilet and showers ( backpacker style)
only rooms with own toilet and shower.
