Terrible- I purchased what I thought were 20 inch hair extensions I measures them they were about 17 inches and my actual hair is 18inches. They were extremely ratty on they ends. I did not realise this as she places them very high on my head, was is a rush as though she wanted to get me out of there before I realised they were too short. The colour didn't really match. I contacted her telling her that they were short and bad quality she didn't get back to me. Save your money- don't go here
